All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated

Refunds

We strive to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If anything is wrong, we want to make it right. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases such as:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Fulfillment errors
  • Exceptional circumstances

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, except in the case of a produce recall (see our recall policy for more information).

Donations

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if a donation was made in error, please contact us within 14 days, and we will review the request.

How to Request a Refund

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method when possible.
